Rental Includes:

Self-cleaning electric oven, frost-free refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, full sized washer/dryer, central air conditioning unit (most units), individual electric hot water heater, window treatments, attached one or two car garage with electric door opener, additional surface parking, heat and garbage collection.

Resident pays individual electric bill and water bill.

Rental Terms:

A standard one year lease is required. After one year, you will have the option of renewing a one year lease or going on a month to month basis at a slightly higher monthly rent. A written 60-day notice to vacate an apartment unit is required prior to the end of your lease or rental term. These notices are only valid prior to the first day of the month. Credit and background checks will be performed. An application is available on-line and must be completed by each adult resident.

Security Deposit:
A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required to be paid in full prior to moving in.

Pets:

Some cats and dogs are welcome (restrictions apply). Additional pet security is required.
